Doe Maasai 200

Doe taken with GrizzlyStik, bowhunting success story

Today was the start of bow for here in NY, I had set up a preset for my rope climbing gear two weeks ago in a promising spot, only to go back this past Friday and find a ladder stand in a tree barely 10 yards from the tree I had picked out, so had to make a last minute call on hunting a different spot. Beat everyone to the public land this morning and got set up in a history spot from last year, just after legal light a deer came through but I couldn’t see what it was, and it walked out of my life. 15 minutes later this little doe decided to take the same path and was slower than the other deer, so I took the shot. Dropped her right where she was standing and 15 seconds later it was done.
