Mule Deer

Mule Deer taken with GrizzlyStik, bowhunting success story

Got it done with only two days before I start guiding! Pumped with this buck in a beautiful basin! Nothing like big country and big stalks and getting close with a bow. Not my best shooting performance on this buck but man that’s bowhunting in the steep! On the first shot the buck whirled and hit him back, all the bucks busted and re bedded about 200 yards below me and I stalked in again for a finishing shot and missed low! Sickening. The buck was hurt bad and bedded back down quick and I got another in him at 33 yards and it was over! Beautiful day in the big mountains.
