"Close Quarters" - Alaska Bowhunting Supply and the GrizzlyStik brand were founded by the late Ed Schlief in 1994. Ed was an Alaskan registered guide with a passion for hunting brown bears with the longbow.After a successful spring hunt in 2005, Ed commissioned this original work "Close Quarters" from outdoor artist Dan Burr. He asked Dan to forever capture hunting the beaches of SE Alaska with his son and current GrizzlyStik President Garrett Schlief.
