Puku + Oribi heads

Puku + Oribi taken with GrizzlyStik, bowhunting success story

I wasn’t expecting to hunt anything today, but we grabbed my bow and the remaining five arrows, and headed to a place that has Chobe Bushbuck, oribi, and Puku. Got a good shot on the Puku at 35 yards and later on, the Oribi at 60 yards. My PH, on the Oribi, said aim for the rear. It’s either a clean miss, or they will drop in their tracks. Sure enough, slightly quartering to me, he dropped in his tracks.
