Arctic Monarch

Each year the Canadian government issues a set number of legal polar bear tags to native Inuit tribes. Throughout history, polar bear meat is a staple protein north of the arctic circle. Without this meat source, the traditional Inuit way of life would be greatly threatened if not completely wiped out.
The tribes are allowed to either hunt the bear tags for themselves or sell the tags to non-native hunters. If they sell the tags, the tribes collect the revenue from guiding the hunters, utilize all the meat they would hunt anyway, and perpetuate their traditional way of life (indigenous culture).
Frank Kusler took a huge step toward his North American 29 shooting the GrizzlyStik system with a Samurai broadhead. He had a complete pass through, one shot kill on this Arctic Monarch.
