Good afternoon. This is to whoever it may concern but I wanted to share the experience I recently had with your company and broadheads. I switched to a heavier arrow about a year ago and was having issues getting it tuned. I sent an email to you guys and Todd replied within a couple of hours. We corresponded for a few emails and I got it worked out, he even made himself available via phone if I needed more help. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received
