The 200 XXL with the 650 grain setup is the best whitetail package I’ve ever shot. Freaking love these things. Was able to shoot this old bruiser last night.
We’ve been hunting this buck since 2019 and he has gone downhill a bit since then we thought he disappeared last year but I caught a glimpse of him and let out a couple of light grunts and he came in looking for a fight. Shot him at 22 yards and the XXL zipped right through him and was sticking in a tree! Had darn good blood and he was piled up less than 100 yards away. The taxidermist is thinkings he’s 6.5 years old. Thanks again. I’m making all my hunting buddies switch to your arrows and heads after the success I’ve had with them. They have saved me from some bad shots on a couple of occasions on deer and elk!

It was a calm morning with no wind. Very cold 15 degrees. I went early in the morning into the timber to climb up my treestand. He came by my treestand 20 minutes into legal light. I shot him at 20 yards broadside. I watched him for about 10 minutes before I shot him. Couldn’t have been a better way[...]
