Iowa Whitetail

Nov 24 in Iowa set up on a ridge to start the morning. Got too cold so slipped into the bottom around 8:30am and didn’t see anything. At 11 am I decided to do some tending grunts. Next thing I see a buck to my left coming right to me. He came to the base of my tree. I shot him and the arrow buried 6” in the dirt he walked 65 yards and fell over

The OverKill Samurai 150 grain Single Bevel Broadhead killed him so quickly even with a weird shot placement and angle. Got a complete passthrough but not much blood. He was full of blood when I opened him. Blood or no blood trail doesn’t matter when they fall over 65 yards from the stand.
